Vou mostrar o passo a passo para confeccionar a base (dou o nome de batente) e dois tipos de lacinhos. Claro que fiz vídeo do passo a passo, mas é super importante informar em fotos e texto para quem não gosta de ver vídeo.

I will show you step by step to fabricate the base (give the stop name) and two types of bows. Of course I made the video step by step, but it is super important to tell in photos and text for those who do not like to see video.
Material:
Lápis, tesoura, régua, papel, estilete, vasilha ou tampa de margarina, esponja de pia, 02 pregadores, bastão de cola quente, pistola para cola quente, 2 alfinetes, base de madeira ou caixinha de MDF com tampa (favor ver o vídeo).
Material:
Pencil, scissors, ruler, paper, stylus, or margarine container lid, sink sponge, 02 preachers, hot glue stick, hot glue gun to, 2 pins, woody or MDF box with ampa (Please see the video ).
Material para confeccionar lacinhos:
Lastex, fita de cetim (espessura de 1cm até 2,5cm (fica a sua escolha).
Material for making bows:
Lastex, satin ribbon (thickness of 1cm to 2.5cm (is your choice).
Como fazer o "batente" para confeccionar lacinhos?
Pegue a base de sua preferência, cole os dois pregadores com cola quente, posicionando de frente para o outro. Deixe um espaço mínimo, apenas um espaço para passar o elástico fino (Lastex).
Cole a esponja em cima do pregador, a largura da esponja tem de ser igual a largura do pregador.
Faça o molde da "lingueta" no papel, recorte e posicione na vasilha plástica, marque com o lápis e corte com a tesoura. São duas.
Cole esta "lingueta" em cada ponta de cada pregador. Posicione paralelamente, deixando uma espessura mínima entre os pregadores. Após secar, comece a fazer os lacinhos.
How to "stop" for making bows?
Take the base of your choice, paste the two preachers with hot glue, positioning of facing each other. Leave a minimum space, only one space to pass the thin elastic (Lastex).
Glue the sponge on top of the Preacher, the width of the sponge must be equal to the width of the preacher.
Do the cast of "tab" on paper, cut out and place in plastic container, check with the pencil and cut with scissors. They are two.
Paste this "tab" at each end of every preacher. Parallel position, leaving a minimum thickness among preachers. After drying, begin to make bows.
